Description
The Slant Fin 790-398-000 High Limit Control is a temperature-responsive regulating component used to raise the temperature of the heat exchanger or water circuit in compatible heating equipment. It turns off the operating circuit when the temperature of the system is above the set value, stopping the burners and preventing further increase in system temperature, while the system cools down, and burners can be turned on again. It is placed in the boiler assembly in HVAC systems and monitors the operating temperature conditions continuously and controls the heating cycles according to the safe operating limits.
