Siemens QAM2030.010 Duct Point Temperature Sensor is a precise HVAC component for measuring air temperature in ductwork. The probe of this sensor is used and it operates over a temperature range of 40°F to 180°F. The sensor utilizes a 10K thermistor in order to accurate and reliable temperature readings as 10K thermistor have temperature transmission during thermal cycling and reverse thermodynamics. the sensor temperature changes in the air flowing through the ducts are detected and converted into a resistance output which is read by the HVAC system to preset the heating and air conditioning works as per the need.
