The Schwank JS-0576-XX Air Proving Switch is a pressure-operated safety control to confirm airflow conditions within combustion and ventilation circuits. Rated for 48 inches of water column (WC), it responds to air pressure changes and activates or interrupts an electrical signal based on airflow presence. It is commonly applied in gas-fired heating equipment and other HVAC systems where airflow verification is required before or during burner operation.
