Description
The Schneider Electric (Square D) LRD3353 Thermal Overload Relay operates as an essential protection mechanism for electric motors installed within HVAC equipment. The system tracks motor current usage and when an overload occurs the heat activates an internal protection system which cuts off power to avoid motor damage. To used motors that draw a full load current between 23 and 32 Amperes. The system used as protective mechanism for motors that operate in air conditioning units and heat pumps and ventilation fans.
