Description
The Schneider Electric Micronet MNB-300 BACnet Unitary Controller is a small and sophisticated device used to manage and regulate individual HVAC units in a building automation system. It facilitates smooth integration and centralized monitoring by serving as a communication bridge between the unit and the BAC net network. The thermostats, temperature sensors, dampers, and valves, among other sensors and actuators used in HVAC equipment, are all directly connected to the MNB-300. It collects operating parameter data, such as temperature, humidity, and airflow, and converts it into BACnet objects that the building’s management system can easily access. This optimizes comfort and energy economy by enabling real-time monitoring, control modifications, and scheduling of individual units.
