Description
The Rheem-Ruud RXBH-1724A18J 1PH Heater Kit w/ Breaker is a vital component in HVAC systems used for auxiliary heating capacity. With its electrical rating of 18kW, voltage rating of 208-230V, and single-phase wiring, this particular kit is generally installed within electric furnaces and air handlers to provide an increased quantity of heat during cold seasons. The heater kit is mounted inside the furnace or air-handling unit using electricity to provide heat. When the unit turns on, it starts to warm the air which flows through it before the ducting takes it around the building. This process ensures that heating is done properly and plays a crucialrole in maintaining warm indoor temperatures. This heater had an inbuilt breaker; this was for safety measures and ease of fixing since it guarded against overloading.
