The Rheem-Ruud PD415188 EcoNet Tankless Water Heater Translator Kit translates communication signals between the digital EcoNet control networks. Mounted within the equipment wiring cabinet, the module connects to the unit’s main circuit board and the external communication bus. Its internal microprocessor converts exclusive serial data into standardized EcoNet protocol signals, enabling two-way data exchange with system controllers. Translating operating parameters allows the central control interface to adjust water temperature, monitor flow status, and display diagnostic fault codes.
