The Rheem-Ruud 61-106238-43 4-Ton Thermal Expansion Valve (TXV) operates as high-performance refrigerant control component which operates air conditioning and heat pump systems that use R-22 refrigerant. This uses 3/8″ inlet size and a 5/8″ outlet to accurately control refrigerant flow into the evaporator coil for high heat exchange performance in combination with system efficiency.
