Description
This Rheem-Ruud 61-102437-30 Thermal Expansion Valve is manufactured to control the refrigerant flow in the HVAC systems for the better performance and energy efficiency. This valve is suitable for use on air conditioning systems employing R-410A refrigerant. It has a 29-inch capillary length and a 1-5/16 inch equalizer length thus controlling the flow of refrigerant. It has a 3/8” x 3/8” size which can easily fit with typical HVAC parts. The external equalizer connection is a sweat 1/4” I.D. which ensures easy and firm connection. This valve manages the amount of refrigerant that is allowed into the system by controlling the flow of the refrigerant hence it plays a central role in controlling the temperature and pressure within the system.
