Description
The Rheem-Ruud 61-102211-19 Thermal Expansion Valve or TXV that can provide optimal control of temperature in the HVAC systems. This valve is 1/2” x 1/2” and suitable for 4-ton cooling capacities with the refrigerant, R-410A suitable for contemporary air conditioning systems. In detail, the major function of the TXV is to regulate the rate of coolant flow into the evaporator coil to provide improved cooling and efficiency. The regulation of this valve also reduces issues such as the freezing or overheating of the evaporator coils which in turn affects the performance of the system and may lead to damage of the system.
