Description
The Rheem-Ruud 42-25104-03 DPST Relay featuring a 24 VAC coil is an electromechanical switching system intended for controlled circuit operation in heating, and cooling equipment. It responds to low-voltage signals from the control circuit and manages higher-voltage electrical loads connected to internal components. This relay is regularly applied in rooftop units, furnaces, package units, and air circulation equipment where timed electrical switching is necessary. Within HVAC systems, it works alongside thermostats and control modules to regulate the operation of blowers, compressors and fan motors. Its compact configuration also suits service panels and installed control assemblies with limited internal space.
