Description
The Reznor 46172 Burner Air Shutter XL150/170 regulates primary combustion airflow into the burner assembly of compatible unit heaters. Installed at the burner inlet within the combustion cabinet of HVAC systems, the adjustable plate modifies the open air intake area. Rotating, or sliding the shutter alter the volume of primary air entering the burner tube to achieve the ideal fuel-to-air mixture. Controlling primary airflow produce a stable blue flame, minimize unburned fuel residue and support clean, efficient fuel combustion during active heating cycles.
