The Resideo T498A1927 Line Voltage Electric Heat Thermostat designed to provide accurate control of electric heat in residential or light commercial applications. It detects the temperature of the room and turns on the heating system when the temperature is low than the set limit. It uses a bimetallic strip to regulate electric baseboards or radiant heaters within a range of 5°C to 25°C. It is intended for line voltage HVAC systems and provides accurate comfort and energy saving.
