Description
The Resideo AT140B1297/B Foot Mounted Transformer is an essential part of the HVAC system that safely reduces the main voltage of 120 VAC to a lower voltage of 24 VAC. This voltage decrease is required to drive the low-voltage control circuits and components in HVAC systems. The transformer is foot-mounted and simple to install and secure within the HVAC system. It has a 40 VA power rating that is enough to power the connected components, and its frequency compatibility with 60 Hz frequency is in concord with common electrical systems. Its widespread use has seen a lot to the benefit of a wide array of HVAC use applications, such as furnaces, air conditioners and heat pumps.
