Description
The Regal Rexnord Marathon X211 is a two-speed, single-phase electric motor suitable for a variety of HVAC applications. Its rating of one horsepower (hp) indicates that it can power the compressors, blowers, or fans in these machines. Compatibility with a variety of electrical circuits usually found in residential and commercial structures is indicated by the 208-230V classification. Two-speed operation is made possible via the 2Spd feature, which is probably operated by a switch on the motor itself. Usually, one speed setting is higher than the other to allow for flexibility according to ventilation or cooling requirements. The motor’s speed at its highest setting is shown by the 1625 RPM (revolutions per minute) figure.
