Description
The Parker Refrigeration Specialties DAE-5L 5-Ton Thermal Expansion Valve is used to control the flow of refrigerant depending on the pressure and temperature in HVAC systems. It is programmed to inject R-717 ammonia into the evaporator based on the element to provide optimum superheat and avoid flooding. The 1/2″ connection allows precise integration into piping circuits. Mounted near the evaporator inlet, it ensures accurate flow control, efficient energy transfer, and effective cooling performance, supporting stable system operation and protecting downstream components from pressure or temperature fluctuations.
