Description
The Mueller Industries P36418 is a 24-volt actuator to control the airflow in HVAC systems. In its basic form an actuator is similar to a motor, which takes electrical energy and transforms it into mechanical energy, in this case rotational energy. In HVAC, this rotary motion is applied in the operation of dampers and valves where they are directly coupled to their shafts or stems.
