Description
The Mueller Industries BE33752 is a safety device that is used for HVAC systems. It is a 300 psi pressure relief valve, constructed from brass. It has a 1/4 inch NPT female inlet for connection to piping and a 3/8 inch flare outlet. The purpose of this pressure relief valve is to protect piping systems against pressure buildup beyond the recommended limit. Usually, the valve is shut down. However, when pressure within the HVAC system goes beyond the 300 psi it opens up to release pressure by allowing a controlled flow out of the outlet.
