Description
Manitowoc Ice 000007888 Magnetic Curtain Switch operates as a key mechanism within commercial ice machines to control ice dispensing operations in HVAC systems while measuring 36″ in length. The magnetically triggered switch functions as a fundamental part of achieving correct ice storage capabilities and dispensing operation. This switch becomes activated when the magnet on the bin or door reaches its proper position. The magnetic field enables the switch activation which communicates to the ice machine control system about ready ice dispensing or curtain closure. When the magnet departs the switch deactivates together with potential system deactivation.
