Lochinvar & A.O. Smith 100288591 Hex Wrap Insulation is developed for commercial and industrial HVAC systems such as boilers, chillers, and piping. This new insulation is made of hexagonal parts that are cut to fit the pipes, and the parts can easily be installed because of their shape. This insulation dramatically improves the energy efficiency of HVAC system by reducing the amount of heat that is either lost or gained. This is equivalent to reduced operating expenses, minimized environmental effects and enhanced system efficiency.
