Description
The Lochinvar & A.O. Smith 100208564 Flue Sensor Kit is the component of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for the functioning of the equipment. It consists of a flue sensor and a control board which is utilized to check the combustion process. The flue sensor is installed in the flue pipe hence it measures the temperature of the exhaust gases. When the temperature level is low there is a condition of incomplete combustion which results in the formation of carbon monoxide and hence a safety problem. When the sensor detects that the temperature is low it sends a signal to the control board and the burner is turned to off so that other complications can be avoided.
