Description
The Lochinvar & A.O. Smith 100171945 Gas Valve Kit WH85 is a gas control assembly used to regulate fuel flow in compatible heating systems. It opens and closes the gas passage in response to control signals from the ignition system, ensuring precise and secure transfer of natural gas to the burner for consistent combustion and efficient startup operation throughout HVAC systems. This maintains consistent heating performance, proper flame control, and safe system shutdown. The assembly connects to the gas line, ignition system, control board, and safety circuit wiring, and it supports proper gas regulation, efficient combustion control and consistent heating performance.
