Description
The Littelfuse LSRX-C Load Sensor is a self-powered AC sensor that is used for measuring electrical loads that are between 5 and 200 amps. It works by making an output contact close when the current is above 4.5 amps, which makes it suitable for HVAC equipment such as motors, compressor and fans. This part uses a current transformer and a high-current output relay; the control voltage is not needed, and the monitored and control circuits are isolated. Advantages are the simplicity of installation, constant supervision and protection against overloads.
