Description
The Lennox 98M82 Flue Cover is a meant to protect your HVAC system from any surrounding conditions and provide efficiency. It serves more of a protective cap for the flue pipe the exhaust gases from your furnace or boiler to the outside environment. By covering the flue the internal exhaust system is protected from rain, snow, debris could get inside and block the flue. These blockages can interfere with the venting process resulting in poor operation dangers from carbon monoxide accumulation and equipment corrosion. It sounds basic but is one of the most effective steps that help ensure that your HVAC is long lasting and runs efficiently.
