The Lennox 19B10 Condenser Fan Harness is an essentialpart of the Lennox HVAC system. It is like the communication link between the control board and the condenser fan. This wire harness is a group of wires that convey essentialcontrol signals between these two components. The control board always checks your cooling requirements. When it feels the need to remove heat, it sends a signal through this harness to the condenser fan to switch on. The fan then turns on to suck the hot air from the condenser coils and thus enhances the cooling process.
