Description
The Lennox 17G77 5-Ton Thermal Expansion Valve (TXV) is used to control the flow of refrigerant to ensure pressure, and temperature in HVAC systems. It is 5-ton designed and uses R410A refrigerant, which is metered according to the requirements of the evaporator load and superheat. The responsive mechanism of the valve ensures stable operation and eliminates the flooding of liquids and maximizes the heat transfer rate. It assists in ensuring efficient cooling, stable temperature control, and efficient performance of air-conditioning and refrigeration circuits in the normal operation of the system by coordinating with compressors, evaporator coils and control systems.
