The Lennox 13X07 Heat Exchanger is an essential part of the gas-fired furnaces and is compatible only with Lennox systems. This long-lasting stainless steel exchanger effectively transfers heat from the combustion chamber to the air stream that warms your home. This exchanger is used to cool the gas after getting out of the furnace chamber through the burning process. This heat is then used to warm the air passing around the stainless steel walls of the exchanger. The warm air is then circulated in your living space through the use of duct work systems.
