Description
The Kromschroder 84444970 Air Pressure Switch is a sensing control instrument used to monitor airflow and gas or flue pressure levels for safe burner operation. It operates through a diaphragm-based internal sensing system that reacts to pressure changes and activates an electrical contact when the set threshold is reached, ensuring proper airflow verification before ignition. With an adjustable range of 0.2–2 mbar and 1/4″ NPT / tube-style connections, it is mounted on air or flue lines within burner and combustion assemblies. This arrangement contributes to safe start-up sequencing, supports stable airflow supervision, and ensures controlled within HVAC systems.
