The Johnson Controls VG7241CT+3008DP is a high quality and precision engineered 1/2”NPT high flow valve designed for precision fluid management for HVAC industrial applications. Position feedback along with the NO position of this valve offer accurate and sensitive control of fluid flow. At a Cv rating of 0,73 the typical pressure range of the valve is between 4-8 PSI that makes the VG7241CT+3008DP suitable in applications where the pressure drop needs to be mild while the pressure is controlled between the noted values. They lack power to close the valve while de-energized however, the lid structure offered the valve the capabilities to remain open as long as it was not actuated.
