The Johnson Controls VG2231YN Globe Valve is a highly durable and high-capacity control valve used for precise control of fluids in HVAC systems. It has a flanged body, a dimension of 6″ closes by pulling down. This valve has a high flow coefficient (Cv) of 350 which means that the valve can handle large flow rates. Split-system indoor units require accurate control of water, steam, or other fluids, in large air-handling units, cooling towers industrial heating systems, etc. This assures correct flow modulation to ensure the right air conditioning and temperature regulation and thereby serves improved energy efficiency and consequently reduced operating costs.
