The Johnson Controls P100AP-358 Pressure Switch is an essential element of HVAC systems which regulates pressure automatically. It functions as an SPST switch, which means that it controls an electrical circuit depending on the pressure set and received. It has an operating pressure range of 75 PSI to open and 100 PSI to close; this makes it easy to regulate pressure in HVAC equipment. It is easy to install. It measures the level of change of system pressure and turns on/off other interacting equipment including pumps, compressor or fans. This capability avoids overpressure or underpressure conditions that are dangerous to HVAC equipment or that decrease system efficiency.
