Description
The International Comfort Products EAM4X48L21A 4-Ton Multi-Position Coil R-410A 48,000 BTU transfer heat between circulating refrigerant, and air moving through the coil. Refrigerant passes through the internal tubing while air flows across the coil surface, allowing heat to move from the air into the refrigerant during cooling operation. Rated at 4 tons and 48,000 BTU the coil is specified for R-410A refrigerant and can be installed in multiple air handler configurations. Connected to the refrigerant piping and condensate arrangement, it forms the heat-transfer section of HVAC equipment. Its multi-position configuration accommodates different installation arrangements within compatible air-handling units.
