Honeywell RP970A1008/U Pneumatic capacity relay is the part specifically used to control the airflow and the capacity of the HVAC system. It does this by altering the airflow signal from a controller, for instance a room thermostat or a building automation system, to control the position of the dampers or valves in the HVAC system. This makes it possible to regulate the rate and direction of air to various sections of a building to effectively meet energy requirement and comfort of people in the building. The RP970A1008/U can be applied in VAV systems, FCUs, and PTACs among the HVAC systems.
