Description
The Honeywell Residential AM08-026LF Union Tailpiece 1″ NPT Lead-Free AM-1 is a plumbing and clear fitting used in HVAC piping systems to create secure, serviceable connections between valves and distribution lines. It is designed for use with AM-1 series mixing and control valves, allowing easy installation and removal without disturbing connected piping. In HVAC systems it is used in clear heating systems such as radiant floor loops, fan coil units, and domestic hot water mixing assemblies to support controlled water temperature distribution. The lead-free construction ensures compatibility with potable and closed-loop heating systems where regulatory compliance is required.
