The Honeywell C7041F2006/U Outdoor Temperature Sensor with a 20K Ohm resistance. This sensor is intended for outdoor temperature measurement with the range of -40°F to 158°F. It is an NTC thermistor that means its resistance reduces as the temperature rises. This resistance change is then read by HVAC control systems often in tandem with thermostats and building automation systems.
