Description
The Heatcraft Refrigeration 59819901 Sdk Smart Defrost Kit is a clever update for electric defrost freezer systems, especially those with electromechanical timers like the Paragon 8145 or Grasslin types that are programmed for numerous defrost cycles. This kit installs a learning system in place of the current timer. The Heatcraft Refrigeration 59819901 Sdk Smart Defrost Kit optimizes energy efficiency by adaptively predicting frost buildup and initiating defrost cycles only when necessary, all while monitoring the evaporator coil. This not only decreases the number of unnecessary defrost cycles, but it also helps to maintain stable temperatures within the freezer, potentially increasing the life of stored food and equipment.
