The Heatcraft Refrigeration 29311843 Thermostatic Expansion Valve 3/8″ x 1/2″ ODF BBIDE-2-1/2-ZP is a refrigerant control part that is applied in HVAC systems the amount of refrigerant flowing into the evaporator coil. It controls the superheat at the outlet of the evaporator and regulates the quantity of refrigerant to be added into the coil to ensure maximum absorption of heat and efficiency of the system. It is fitted in the liquid line between the condenser and evaporator and interfaces with the suction line sensing bulb and system controls.
