Description
The Hartland Controls CAP-70/10/440R Round Run Capacitor is used to enable the motors to operate continuously by supplying the electrical power in phase-shifted form to stabilize the current and torque of multi-speed and dual-circuit motors. It has a capacitance of 70/10 microfarads at 370/440 voltage ratings, such that it can be used in both high- and low-capacitance applications in one part. This run capacitor is mounted in the electrical compartment of the motor and connected to the run circuit to give operation in air handlers, rooftop units, and other equipment.
