The First Company 9EVR22-2 Universal Thermostatic Expansion Valve (TXV) Kit is a refrigerant metering component used in HVAC systems to control liquid refrigerant flow into the evaporator coil. It maintains superheat for stable operation and protects the compressor from liquid refrigerant.
