The Fireye UV1AL-3 UV Flame Scanner is a sensing unit that detects the presence of a burner flame by monitoring ultraviolet radiation ensuring safe combustion control within HVAC systems. It operates using a UV-sensitive element that responds instantly to flame signals and relays this information to the burner management system for continuous supervision. Featuring a 1/2″ NPT connection and a 3-foot cable, it allows flexible positioning while maintaining a secure interface with the mounting point. Positioned near the burner assembly, it is threaded into place and connected through wiring during setup.
