The Field Controls 12M+MG2 12” Draft Regulator is an essential part of HVAC systems that is used to control and maintain a uniform draft level in heating appliances such as gas-fired furnaces, boilers and water heaters. It does so by regulating airflow automatically to optimize combustion efficiency for safe and effective operation. By regulating air pressure it minimizes the risk of backdrafts increases energy efficiency and performance of the entire system. This avoids the accumulation of flue gas facilitating proper venting and reducing the risk of exposure to carbon monoxide.
