Description
The Emerson Flow Control (Alco) 047545 Normally closed Solenoid Valve that holds applications for fluid control over the HVAC systems. This valve is designed for high performance in application and has a 1/2”ODF connection with the 200RB model. Solenoid valves such as this one function by having an electromagnetic coil. When these coils are activated they produce a magnetic field that actuates a plunger or valve core, to open the valve and admit fluid. When the outside power is turned off, a spring repositions the plunger so that the valve shuts off, and liquid stops to flow.
