Description
The Danfoss 131F0668 is a powerful 5.5 horsepower, three-phase variable frequency drive (VFD) engineered for peak performance in 460V electrical systems. It controls electric motors with high accuracy by changing fixed-frequency AC power into variable-frequency AC power. This VLT drive which is normally used in HVAC systems improves the performance of the system as the motor speed is varied in proportion to the load. This is the reason that has led to the realization of much energy conservation and low operating costs. Apart from the conservation of energy the drive also regulates the rate at which temperature, humidity, and air movement occur to provide comfort and well quality air within the building enclosure.
