The Danfoss 121L1781 Scroll Compressor is a high-efficiency compressor with R-407C refrigerant and has a cooling capacity of 81,000 BTU. This scroll compressor is suitable for three-phase power systems and works at 400/460V it is perfect for commercial refrigeration and air conditioning. Scroll compressors consist of two helix-shaped spiral scrolls one of which is still the other orbits in a circle to compress the refrigerant effectively. The scroll, which is orbiting, squeezes the gas in pockets as it rotates, and then expels the gas at the center at a higher pressure. This design offers several benefits it runs with low levels of oscillations and hence is quieter than piston compressors it offers uninterrupted, steady compression without any pulsations.
