Description
The Danfoss 067N6403 Thermostatic Expansion Valve (TXV) TGE allows 10 metres of refrigerant to flow into the evaporator based on temperature and pressure conditions. It operates through a sensing bulb and capillary tube that react to superheat changes, adjusting the internal valve opening to maintain proper coolant balance. In air conditioning and refrigeration HVAC systems, it operates within the liquid line before the evaporator, ensuring correct phase change and heat absorption. Connected using soldered fittings with external equalisation, it restores proper refrigerant distribution, maintains stable cooling performance, and reduces risks linked to improper superheat or liquid.
