The Danfoss 067N5255 is a 20-ton Thermal Expansion Valve (TXV) which controls the flow of refrigerant for air conditioning applications to the nearest 0.001. This ODF(output dry feed) valve is suitable for the temperature of –40°F to 50°F with R134A refrigerant material. This is essential for maintaining maximum system performance because a TXV regulates refrigerant flow based on the state of the evaporator. To avoid flooding with water or lack of it, it sets the temperature of the evaporator then adjusts the flow of the refrigerant depending on it.
