The Copeland ZP51LXE-TF5-800 Scroll Compressor R-410A 200-230V/3PH is a thermal expansion unit that is used in air conditioning and heat pump systems to force refrigerant through the cooling cycle. Its scroll design forces low-pressure refrigerant vapour to a state of high-pressure and high-temperature to allow it to reject heat effectively at the outdoor condenser coil and also to allow refrigerant flow to continue through the system. This compressor is installed in the outside condensing unit and is connected to refrigerant lines and electrical controls and is a central mechanical part of the refrigeration loop.
