Description
The Cleveland Controls NS2-0292-00 Air pressure switch functions to measure and regulate pressure in HVAC applications. This switch opens on at a pressure of 0.9” WC which means it changes state at this pressure. Airflow is often verified with this equipment in furnaces, boilers, and air handling units, and sometimes to check whether the filter is blocked or not. When the airflow is poor or a filter is blocked, the pressure decreases, and the switch turns on. This action can then shut down the equipment, to avoid it being damaged, or not functioning optimally.
