Description
The Carrier KAATD0101TDR Time Delay Kit is a worthy addition to any air conditioning and heating system both for better performance and shielding of equipment from possible harm. This kit is installed mainly in air conditioning and heat pump systems to prolong the non-operation time of the compressor and avoid short cycling. The time delay function also makes it possible for the compressor to remain off for a certain period after a shut down thus minimizing damage and therefore increasing the life span of the HVAC system. In addition on using this feature it prevents over heating plus on the energy aspect there is normally an opportunity to save energy hence cutting cost on charges.
