Description
The Carrier HL39ZZ020 Condenser Overflow Sensor Assembly is used to measure the amount of condensate and sends a signal to activate the present rooftop and cooling units of HVAC systems. It works by detecting water in the drain or condensate pool and transmitting a signal to the control system when it reaches a pre-determined level. In case there are conditions of overflow it may cause a system shutdown to avoid damage. It is installed in the condensate drain part and connects to control wiring and safety circuits to coordinate the operation.
